Oh Boy Do I Love Food! Cooking it, smelling it, tasting it, designing with it, recipe development with it. Even the foods I don't like I STILL love! The crunch of an apple, the snap of a bean, the delightful smell of a pie baking, the intricate details on a cake, the cooking process of smoking meats, god I could keep going on and on.

Chef by trade. Idiot writer by spare time. LOL. This blog is going to be packed full of Restaurant reviews, cooking techniques, food tips and recipes. I hope you'll love it as much as I'll love writing it. Please feel free to leave me a comment or a message as you pass by.
